CAN THERE BE TOO MANY CATS?!

As much as I LOVE CATS, yes, there can be too many cats! Especially when they're roaming around with nothing to eat & no warm place to lay their heads. Spaying & neutering isn't as expensive as you think. In the Kansas City area, there are now several places that offer to spay & neuter cats for 5 or 10 dollars! And, sometimes, even for FREE! It's free if you just don't have the money to pay for it. Their main goal is to try and control the pet population. There are so many cats wandering the streets who are hungry, lonely and sick. If you think that you just can't fit it into your budget to get your cat fixed, find one of these inexpensive places to get it done. They do GREAT work (they're veterinarians)and, as I said, their main goal is to do what they can to help keep the world free of unhappy, hungry, sick kitties. And, if you happen to have any ferel cats around your neighborhood that you can get into a cat carrier, take them in, tell them the cat is ferel, and the price is 5 dollars! It's one more cat that won't reproduce and add more poor, homeless kitties to the street. As Bob Barker would say, "Help control the pet population; have your pet spayed or neutered."

Decorating For the Critters

So, you know the chair looks better moved away from the window, but the cats likes to sit on the back of the chair & look outside. What do you do? You put the chair in front of the window, of course! In the dining room, there is a great sun spot that the dog loves to lay in & nap during the afternoon, but the table is in her way. Need you even ask?! Get rid of the table & eat on T.V. trays! If the cat is sound asleep on your lap & you really want something to drink....STOP! The cat decided to take a nap on your lap BEFORE you decided that you were thirsty. Yes, I go out of my way for Angel dog & our cats, but Angel is always excited to see me when I get home. She howls & meets me at the door. The cats also greet me at the door. They deserve to be treated extra special. And, before you complain about birds pooping on your car, think about all they do for us. They eat lots of insects & keep them under control. And, how beautiful does it sound to hear a cardinal singing outside your window?! And, before you get upset about the dog tracking mud into the house, remember that it's not her fault! She can't help it that she has to go outside to go to the bathroom! Back to the decorating tips....if you're thinking of buying new carpet, take a couple of the cats hairballs with you when you go to pick out the carpet so you can match the color of the hairballs to your carpet color! That's about all for now. Have a great day!

Free to good home!

Hey Everyone, Tilly here again. I'm in urgent need of someone to take this family off of my hands. I knew they were loco, but after yesterday's comment, I feel as though it was a threat against my life. I think under these circumstances, I need to act soon.

I'm stating the facts up front because I don't want you taking this family, and then deciding you don't want them and bringing them back. I have many examples, but if I were to post all of them, the page would be a mile long. I'm only posting the top 3.

1. They are not very smart, their vocabulary is rather small. The only words they know are, "Pretty Bird". For some odd reason they have to get right up in my face and say it in weird high pitched voice.
2. As I posted yesterday, this family is crazy. I must emphasise CRAZY!
3. They have a violent nature, see yesterday's comment.

I must state that all sales are final!

Hi Everyone! My name is Tilly. I'm a big fan of this blog, I read it daily. I just stopped by to say, "Help Me"! I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find me one of those books listed earlier in the week. You know the "Pooping Lessons, 12 easy steps to pooping on people".
I sure could learn some things. See I live with this crazy family and they have two crazy kids. It is only 6:30 a.m. and the crazy lady is already in my face with her camera taking pictures. If I could learn a thing or two, maybe then those 2 crazy boys and their crazy friends and that crazy lady with the camera would stay away from me.

And yes, I'm sure glad cows can't fly.

Birds

Hey everyone, this is Wendy. Sorry to break in to Julie's Critters again. But since her blog is about critters I thought this would be appropriate.

Birdie, Birdie, in the sky,
why did you drop that in my eye?
Boy, I'm sure glad a cow can't fly!

Hairspray, continued!

Just a tip regarding hairspray (hair gel, etc.)- all of this can build up on your hair and cause your hair to get weighed down. The solution? Neutrogena shampoo! It is made to TOTALLY CLEAN all the residue from styling products out of your hair! It may seem a bit expensive, but keep in mind that you only have to use it once a week, or even once every two weeks, so a bottle lasts a long time. And, it works GREAT!!!
